  •  A University Degree in HR Management or Social Science and or certification in learning and people development with minimum 10 years’ experience as Manager in this roles and possess a general understanding in all aspect of HR, or Site experience in an HR or Training / Employee development role at a senior level; dealing with and managing cultural diversity will be an advantage;
  • Proficient in operational HR/ People Development, Proven Track record, Employee Resourcing, Employee Development, Competency Based HR System principles and concepts, Learning and people development principles and concepts, Training Needs Analysis principles and concepts;
  • Have facilitation skill at a variety of levels are required;
  • Experience analysing training effectiveness in a project environment;
  • Experience of training delivery in a project environment;
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal & written, including good skills in English, proficient in computer literacy;
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills; good analytical skills; a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.


MANAGER GOVERNANCE & SYSTEM – 925484
(Jakarta Based)

  •  Graduated from Bachelor Degree in Law or equivalent Industry experience; Master Degree relevant to the position (preferable); Has minimum 10 years of various roles in HR working in large fast paced business environments at a senior level; Preference given to persons with mining/heavy industry background; dealing with and managing cultural diversity will be an advantage;
  • Deployment of HR activities across multi-site operations; Experience in managing and delivering change through a business; Proficient in operational HR/ IR & Law Experience; Significant experience and exposure to Manpower Law and Court process; Expertise and knowledge in Manpower Regulations and Labour Law;
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal & written, including good skills in English, proficient in computer literacy;
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills; good analytical skills; a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.


SUPERINTENDENT REMUNERATION & BENEFIT - 925592
(Jakarta Based)

  •  Have a minimum bachelor degree from Business, Finance, Accounting specializing in Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of Compensation & Benefits programs.
  • Compensation and/or Benefits certification preferred
  • Broad knowledge of and ongoing awareness of compensation and benefit trends, Job Analysis and Job Evaluation, regulations governing business accounting and taxation rules.
  • Knowledge of global pay practices.
  • Deep analytical abilities; understanding of statistical methodologies and analysis desired.
  • Strong leadership, self-motivated, honest, ability to influence, innovative and problem solving, good behaviour and can work individually and team work; Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.


SENIOR SPECIALIST REMUNERATION & BENEFIT - 925593
(Jakarta Based)

  • Assist in development and implementation of remuneration and benefits packages
    Provide detailed job descriptions and classification systems and conducting job analysis interviews.
  • Provide analysis reports on job evaluation activities, salary surveys and structures, compensation programs, and market trends monitoring the organisation’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff.
  • Provides analysis and recommendations for competitive market peer community of companies, perquisite practices, and salary, bonus, long-term incentive approaches.
    Assist in the designs and administers employee benefits programs.
    Manage projects such as survey participation and analysis, salary structure creation, equity grant guidelines.
  • Evaluates and compares existing company benefits with those of other employers by analysing other plans, surveys, and other sources of information. Plans, develops, and/or participates in area and industry surveys. Analyses results of surveys and develops specific recommendations for review by management.
  • Works with HRIS to ensure that all systems meet compensation and benefits needs and are updated according to compensation changes.
  • Administer BPJS Health.
  • Maintain TMS HR.
